 1. We Do Not Store Your Data

Our AI agents are built to perform specific tasks and then exit. They do not store any of your personal, financial, or sensitive information. Once your request is completed, the data is cleared.

 2. You Control the Access

Our agents only access data you choose to provide. This includes:

• Uploaded content (e.g., images, PDFs)

• Temporary login information (if needed for setup or task execution)

• Written instructions or preferences

Access is temporary, task-specific, and always with your knowledge.

 3.Temporary Integrations Only

If you request integration with tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Canva, or business dashboards:

• The connection is used only during the project

• Access is revoked immediately after the task is done

• You will receive confirmation of disconnection

 4. No Unauthorized Use

We never reuse, resell, or share your data for any purpose.
All projects are completed under a strict non-disclosure framework.

 5.Secure Lead Collection

When you submit forms through our website:

• Your details are stored securely via MailerLite

• You will receive an immediate confirmation email

• A Calendly link may be shared for scheduling

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties.

 6. Agent-Specific Clarity

Each of our four core AI agents has a clearly defined purpose:

• Kelly – handles admin, scheduling, follow-up, and communication

• Nia – supports growth, visibility, and online presence

• Jessie – helps with funding readiness and financial clarity

• Jade – manages operations, backend systems, and team structure

They may refer you to each other but do not cross-share data between conversations unless you choose to.

 7. Repeat Requests = Fresh Start

Every new request or project starts from scratch.
No previous data is stored or recalled — unless you re-upload or re-enter it.

We follow strict GDPR guidelines and protect the rights of all users across the UK, EU, and globally. You have the right to:

• Request deletion of any form-submitted data

• Opt out of future communication

• View and correct your information upon request
